Our highly trained Instructor Therapists implement individualized programming during 1:1 and group sessions. All program supervision is provided by the Senior Therapist and Clinical Director. Our team of Instructor Therapists are not only skilled in the principles of ABA, but are creative, caring individuals who are dedicated to our clients and their families

Hilary Walker

Supervising BCBA

After working in the financial industry for several years, Hilary was drawn to the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis by her desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities achieve their full potential. For the last 10 years, Hilary has been working with children, adolescents and adults with Autism and behavioural challenges in IBI centres, group homes, and community settings. Hilary completed her Master’s in Professional Education from Western University in 2017 and became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst in 2018. Teaching group and school readiness skills and developing and problem solving individualized programming are Hilary’s areas of expertise. She is passionate about designing an individualized approach for each client with whom she works and preparing them to be participating members of society.

Kimberly Fernandes

Supervising BCBA

Kimberly, a McMaster University graduate with a degree in Social Psychology and Mental Health, started her career working with adults with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviours. Gaining this experience early on, she developed a passion for early intervention, leading her to pursue a Master of Applied Disability Studies at Brock University. Currently on her way to becoming a certified behaviour analyst, Kimberly is experienced in developing and problem-solving behaviour support plans and individualized programming. Her approach to ABA therapy is rooted in empathy and evidence-based practices. She is dedicated to creating collaborative relationships with families and professionals to foster optimal learning environments that empower individuals to reach their full potential.
